- We deliver pan-India from our base in U Block, Gurgaon.
- Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on location.
- Delays due to natural events, logistics, or courier issues are beyond our control but we’ll always keep you informed.
5. 🔁 Returns & Replacements
- We offer a 3-day replacement policy on damaged or defective items.
- No returns accepted on items unless damaged upon delivery.
- To request a replacement, email us within 3 days of receiving your product, along with a photo proof.
