  • Order cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. Post that, orders may already be processed for dispatch.

4. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver pan-India from our base in U Block, Gurgaon.
  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on location.
  • Delays due to natural events, logistics, or courier issues are beyond our control but we’ll always keep you informed.

5. 🔁 Returns & Replacements

  • We offer a 3-day replacement policy on damaged or defective items.
  • No returns accepted on items unless damaged upon delivery.
  • To request a replacement, email us within 3 days of receiving your product, along with a photo proof.

6. 🎯 User Conduct

By using our services, you agree not to:

  • Use our content or images without permission
  • Submit false information or misuse offers
  • Attempt to disrupt or hack our website/platform
